The template supports the documentation of compliance-related information required under the EU AI Act, data protection regulations, and internal governance policies. In addition, it facilitates transparency, auditability, and ongoing monitoring by enabling organisations to systematically track AI systems, associated risks, implemented safeguards, and operational responsibilities.
