General Terms and Conditions (CH, LI, DE, AT)

The GTC template is written in English and designed for the sale of goods via an online shop. The fields that need to be filled in have been marked. The format of the template is .docx and allows for easy editing.

Please note:

GTCs are unilaterally drafted contractual provisions that are pre-written for a large number of future contract conclusions. GTCs serve to standardise and simplify customer relationships, and do not necessarily have to be used only by companies with large customer bases or high transaction volumes.

GTCs only become part of the contract if both parties agree (consensus), however individually negotiated party agreements always take precedence.
