This document is an internal group agreement on data transfer (Intragroup Data Agreement, IGDA). It regulates in detail the legally compliant transfer of personal data between companies within the same group. Its content includes definitions, obligations of data transferors and recipients, requirements for transfers to third countries, liability provisions and cooperation with supervisory authorities. It also refers to EU standard contractual clauses and specifies technical and organisational measures (TOM) for data protection. The aim is to ensure uniform, GDPR- and FADP-compliant data transfer within the group.
